Helpdesk Analyst required by a client based in Inverness-shire

You will provide technical remote and deskside support to a user base of 600 staff.

Your core skill set should include the following:-
* Microsoft Office 2003 (Word Outlook)
* Windows XP/2000
* Desktop Networking (DNS/TCP/IP)
* Hands on Hardware and Printer support experience

To be successful you must be willing to undergo Security Checks and have been a UK resident for over 6 years.

Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: between £11 and £13 per hour.
