dh Hospitality are delighted to have been asked by one of their clients to recruit a Sous Chef for their beautiful hotel. This romantic hotel boasts an award winning restaurant, conservatory and an elegant lounge with high ceilings and log fire overlooking the gardens. There is also a stylish, contemporary bar which is well stocked with Malt Whiskies
They are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. Working with an acclaimed Head Chef who has a Michelin star background you will be involved in all areas of the kitchen. The menu is created by the whole kitchen team so as Sous Chef you can have input into the menu. All food is cooked fresh and due to location they have access to some of the finest local seafood.
To apply for this position you must have experience in a rosette or michelin establishment
Along with a competitive salary live in accommodation is provided.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Sous Chef to develop their skills under a coveted Head Chef but also to work in a beautiful part of the world. They already have 2 rosettes and are pushing for a 3rd next year.
