A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Assistant Manager in the well established Stotfield Hotel, based in Lossiemouth.The Hotel has a busy Food and beverage operation, with an established client base. As Senior Assistant Manager, we are looking for someone who will be able to assist the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, Duty Management and team management. You must have previous experience working as a Food and beverage Manager or a similar role. Applicants should have a keen interest in the financial aspect of the business and have aspirations to become a GM with a forward thinking company. Personal Licence Holder would be a distinct advantage alongside a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, with previous management or supervisory experience.
