We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic cook to join our friendly team working 4/5 days out of 7, availability to work weekends a must.
Do you have a passion for good, love to bake and make great food using quality ingredients-often local and seasonal. Creating simple yet interesting dishes and homebaking/ desserts to a high standard with attention to detail and presentation.
Professional experience is preferred but initiative, organisation, good time management and ability to work on own but also as part of a small team a must.
Other duties will include stock management and ordering.
Located 10 miles from Inverness we are an award winning licensed delicatessen and eaterie. Own transport would be a benefit but good public transport links available.
Salary dependant on experience.
