A job opportunity has arisen to work within the Public section as an Administrator in Forres.
The successful candidate will be working from Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm 37hrs per week.
Main duties will include
- Typing
- Arranging meetings
- Making travel bookings
- Photocopying/faxing and collating documents
- Review and disposal or archived material
- Attending Technical support meetings and taking minutes
- Process of monthly stationary demands and raise counter issues as necessary.
- Maintain an accurate and up to date register system using Excel and Access.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is essential.
Due to the sensitivity of this work, confidentiality must be strictly adhered to.
Driving license is essential, as you may need to travel to Elgin. A car will be provided for any travelling required.
For fulfilling the above criteria you will be paid £6.70 per hour.
The job is based in FORRES. The contract is from 14.09.09 to 01.02.10
