Relief Sous Chef required for Hotel on the Isle of Skye for 2 weeks, immediate start required.

You will assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, catering for coach parties and tours.

Chef will need experience at Sous chef level and can provide references.

A good knowledge of food hygiene practices is essential. We ask that you speak fluent English.

We can offer accommodation if required.
