Largish sitting room, small bathroom (no shower), small double bedroom and very unusual character kitchen. Furnished. Electric heaters and open fire. . Street parking. No garden but small area at back to sit outside with sea view. No smokers but no objection to well behaved pets. Very reasonable rent - council tax and utility bills not included but as only a small cottage are not expensive. References and deposit required. I am primarily concerned with finding someone who will look after my little cottage.
