Cook required for small busy restaurant cafe

We are a small and busy restaurant cafe just outside of Aviemore specialising in good, local food prepared simply and fresh each day.
I am looking for someone to join me in the kitchen to control the cold section of the kitchen, this will include baking, preparing sandwiches and cold platters and would suit someone who is interested in further training.
The right applicant will hold all relevant food hygiene certificates, have some kitchen experience and be sharp, fast moving and organised.
The current position is 30 hours a week at a rate of £6/hour.
