Beautiful 5* luxury hotel in the Western Scottish Highlands requires a new Head Chef to lead its established and well received restaurant operation. The hotel has only 20 bedrooms, catering for exclusive guests from around the word. It boasts a marvellous multi rosette awarded kitchen and so we are looking for applicants with experience working in similar standard operations. Applicants must have experience as Senior Sous or, ideally, as Head Chef in 3 rosette standard kitchens or above.

As well as having the above mentioned experience, applicants must also be happy working and living in countryside locations as this hotel is situated in the remote Scottish highlands, albeit an area of OUTSTANDING natural beauty! This is not a position to be considered by those to like to be city based or those who enjoy a more cosmopolitan lifestyle. The restaurant offers a menu composed of the freshest locally sourced ingredients, including fresh game, fish and shell fish from its doorstep and also freshly home-grown vegetables from its kitchen garden. Style of cooking is modern British/European.

The hotel offers a magnificent working environment where staff enjoy their working lives and where they are well rewarded and recognised for their efforts in achieving the 5* standard that the hotel boasts.
