We are a 4* hotel in Forres, near Inverness and are currently looking for a temporary Manager to assist in the smooth running of the hotel. Your duties will include the following;
Restaurant preparation and service for up to 24 covers
Managing a team of up to 6
Ensuring a monthly stock take of all beverages is completed. Full training in this will be given.
Ensuring the smooth running of private dining functions for up to 40 guests.
Preferably we would ask that you are a Personal Licence Holder, as you will be responsible for the sale of alcohol.
You will be responsible for the nightly cashing up and charging to guest accounts. Full training will be given.

We are a very customer focused hotel and a small team who strive to make the guest experience as enjoyable as possible.

We are looking to recruit someone as soon a possible and to stay with us until early January or longer.
