Must have atleast 12 months experience of working in busy bar/bistro enviroment.

Opportunity to join a large team who work in one of the city centre's busiest 4 star hotels. We operate 1 large bar/bistro with live music at weekends, serving fresh local produce to our many customers. In addition to this, we also have our busy fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar as well as our a la carte bar/restaurant.

Applications would be welcome from fun loving personable guys and girls who enjoy working as part of a team and can recognise the need for customer service at all times, regardless as to how busy we all are.

Please only apply if you have bar/restaurant experience. Paid weekly in arrears, but the job does NOT come with accomodation.
