Well, what to say about myself. I'm well-read, well-travelled and have a more than satisfactory occupation! I love going out with my mates to gigs and am a pretty keen musician myself.

love the outdoors. I like to go away camping/hillwalking whenever possible. I really adore being near, in or around water as well! To be honest, although I'm no champion I'll give anything a try! My other great passion is horse-riding. Unfortunately I had to sell my horse to move up here but I still like to go whenever possible. I adore eating out and cooking at home and am a voracious reader.

Personality wise - I'm very social but I wouldn't say I'm loud. I am seriously generous - to a fault. I think that's why I've been so badly burned in the past. I am extremely passionate and am a very sensual person. I find it hard to take things seriously and am very spontaneous. I am looking for someone that understands the importance of a balanced relationship, both physical and mental. The ideal guy would realise that we only have a short lifespan and the best thing to do is fill as full of fun and novel experiences as possible! No looking back and worrying about consequences!

I guess I need someone that is a bit more grounded to balance me out (without sounding like a mental). I guess I am just fed up of meeting people in night clubs and then finding out I have nothing in common. I want to do the whole dating thing -never have before. Spend my time getting to know someone and let them get to know me and what my banter is all about I guess.
