Willing to accept any offer for this AEG Santo fridge/freezer. It was new last July, so out of guarantee. When I came back from holiday in September I discovered that the fridge compartment was not working. I'm pretty certain that it's a problem with the electronic control panel at the top, as this happened once before while it was still under guarantee. The engineer couldn't call out for nearly three weeks on this occasion and my family were about to visit en masse so, ridiculously, I have been forced to buy a new fridge/freezer and delegate this one to the garage. To make matters worse, though, the person who helped move it out to the garage managed to get a little dent in the front of the door - just visible in the photo. If someone would like to make me a reasonable offer for the AEG I would be glad to get it out of the garage again. You can see the full spec. for it on most electrical retailers web sites. It's a great appliance (when it's working) and easily the roomiest fridge I've ever had. It stands about 2 metres high and is 60 cm wide. Sorry, it wasn't easy to get a decent photo in the garage. Cost new about £700. There is a repair agent in Inverness. (As I live on the West Coast, they don't come out here very often).
