On behalf of our client, HALS Recruitment Ltd are inviting applications for the position of Housekeeper for a Prestigious Sporting Estate located in the Highlands of Scotland approximately One Hour’s drive from Inverness.

Role Responsibilities to include:-

Liaise with management regarding itineraries and arrangement for the Lodge.
Room preparation of the Lodges and associated laundry, ensuring that the property is ready at all times for visits.
Prepare and assist in the preparations of meals and to ensure that there are reserves of food and when necessary fresh food products available.
Prepare shoot meals/lunches.
Waitressing/silver service as and when required
Assist in the management of the wine cellar.
Manage and sign off invoices for purchases of goods and consumables and maintain the running of the Lodge petty cash.
Ensure that the gardens, lawns and tennis court and kept in a managed stage, and maintenance of the annual services/contracts of the properties.
