Customer Services Advisor Marks & Spencer
This is a temporary position in the run-up to Christmas to assist with M&S Customer orders, queries and questions via in-bound telephone calls and email - the role is based at their State of the Art Contact Centre in Forres.

Taking in-bound calls and emails, helping customers with enquiries:-
Full-time hours are 37.5 per week working on a rota 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday 5 days out of 7.
Part-time shift 9am - 1pm or 5pm - 9pm, Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7
£6.13 per hour + overtime rates
