Wanted 1 or 2 bedroom rental property


I'm a tidy,honest,quiet and respectful single male in my 30's looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom rental property in the surrounding area of Inverness for the 25th November.
Due to being disabled, I am not able to work anymore and therefore recieve help by LHA. My current landlord over the last year has never recieved any problem with recieving his rent on time or any complaints about myself and will supply me with a reference. I do have a cat that is 100% house trained and a bird that never leaves his cage both are no trouble atall.

Please no offers of rentals that require western union and such like.
