4th - 18th October - We are looking for a competent cook who would enjoy catering for a party of between 5 and 10 people over a 2 week period during the stalking season on the beautiful Isle of Mull. The shooting lodge is privately owned and the owner will be in residence for the two weeks. As the lodge is reasonably remote you will need to be highly organised and able to think and plan ahead for ordering of produce. A typical day would consist of cooked breakfast, packed lunch, tea on return from stalking and 3 course dinner.
Housekeeping assistance is provided on days where there is a changeover of guests but we would be happy to consider a couple or pair who can cook and undertake daily housekeeping, assisting at table etc. Accommodation provided, rates negotiable. Refs required.
