Head Chef - Inverness - Scotland - Fresh Rustic Food - to £26000

Head Chef required for busy food operation situated just outside Inverness. This is a traditional British all fresh food environment also offering fish and other seafood dishes.

We are looking for applicants with a proven track record of running fresh food operations along with the ability to drive the business forward. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established privately run company with good prospects for the future.

Applicants should have experience in all fresh food kitchens and must have a passion for fine tasting food! Accommodation can be provided. Salary is to £26000 depending upon experience. Ref: 1009
