Construction & Property Recruitment ltd are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a very large housing development on the Isle of Skye on behalf of a large construction group based in Inverness.

My client has been on skye with this project for over 2 years and have just started Phase 3 of 5 phases. With 2 more to complete after and 120 homes to complete this project is extremely challenging. The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the running of the contract, financially and construction.

The company are looking for candidates with a proven track record as a Project Manager. You will have a background in construction and be suitably qualified in construction with either a trades background or a qualified background. Ideally candidate would have experienced working on the West Coast of Scotland previous or have some connection to the area.

In return, the suitable candidate will be offer and large salary, company car and bonus. You will be have pension and health-care. The company also have accommodation in the area available.
