Relief Chef is required for Hotel starting 27/28 August 2009 for 2-3 weeks, situated North of Aberdeen.

You will assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, previous experience at Sous level and references are essential.

Hours: min 40-50pw

Accommodation is provided.
