3 star , 8 bedroom rural Highland Hotel looking for one live in general assistant. Must be very good at written, oral and understanding english.

You will be happy, confident have a sense of humour and be able to work on your own at various times. You will be well organised, able to work to a high standard, be tidy and have a helpful chatty personality. Being able to work in a small team is very important.

Duties are varied, but mostly with the customer, you must both be over 18 as bar work is involved. We place a high priority on customer care. There is NO chefing/kitchen porter jobs involved apart from occasionally cooking guest breakfasts after training.

If you don't mind hard work and long hours and have a "can do" attitude we would love to hear from you. We work a shift pattern to a weekly rota. 1 or 2 days off a week in the busy times depending on whether you wish to earn more money!

We offer a good salary, nice large room , free wifi access - situated in a rural but beautiful area which is great for the outdoor life and saving money.

The position is not a holiday position and is from July to the end of the November beginning of December - possibly over Christmas and New Year and 2010 if wanted.
