Chef de Partie required for this fantastic refurbished Country Inn & Restaurant to join the recently appointed Head Chef to push on for 2 Rosettes. This is an excellent time to join the team as the owners are keen to push on and sweep through the changes
The Property has 2 Dining areas a modern stylish Brasserie Restaurant serving the best of locally sourced season produce and a more informal Bar area serving daily specials and simple bar classics this may be Local Sausages, Steak and Salads but definitely done with style and quality produce, The Chefs style is Modern European with Clean Flavours on each plate.
As Chef de Partie you should be capable of running at least 1 section and be keen to learn and run every section. Ideally you should have at least 1 – 2 years experience in a Rosette Establishment either as a CDP or a Commis but this is not essential as long as you have experience of cooking with Fresh Ingredients and you have passion to serve the best.
