Commis Chef - £12,500 - £13,500 (dependant on experience) PA

Long term position available for a single person, with a view to start mid September onwards. Accommodation & food in the hotel is provided as part of your package. Average week would be 5 days workng 40 hours, the 2 days off would be together during the week (if possible).

The Hotel is a small 3* hotel with 10 bedrooms, located in a small village named Lochgair. The citylink bus 926 stops directly outside the hotel & is only 2 hours from Glasgow. We are very busy in the summer & can do up to 70 covers per night.

You would have responsibility for preping & cooking food, cleaning & the occasional breakfast shift!

You must be self motivated, have a good sense of humour, reliable, responsible, honest, hardworking, flexible, open-minded, professional and relatively easy to live with! It is essential that you are happy to enjoy quite a quiet place as the nearest town is a 10 minute bus trip.
