Sous chef wanted for a busy 85 bedroom coaching hotel in rural location one hour south of Inverness.

Salaried position. Applicants must have food hygiene certificate, good communication skills and be able to deputise for our head chef on days off. As part of this position we offer live-in accommodation and all meals; however there will be a weekly charge of £30.00 to contribute to accommodation and food costs.
