Amhuinnsuidhe Castle, Isle of Harris, is looking for a kitchen assistant for a 6 week position. The duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. Should the applicant be suitable some baking and food preperation work will be available.

Previous experience of working in a kitchen is prefered, but not essential.
