I cook from home-cooking to pub food to fine dining. Relief work accepted from CDP to Head Chef level. Experience in costing menus, GP calculations, ordering, HACCP, writing menus. I am flexible and reliable. Available for short or medium term work in the first instance.
Private work also undertaken, e.g. Freezer service, dinner parties, anniversaries, birthdays, shooting parties, holiday service etc.
