Character cottage to rent on Black Isle nr Inverness (£300 pcm)
I have a lovely little old fisherman's cottage on Black Isle which has been sympathetically restored with lots of character. It is in two halves.
Each has one double bedroom, kitchen and sitting room, One half has a shower room and loo and no bath - the other has a bath but no shower. Separate plumbing and electric supplies.
One half is available immediately and the other will be available very shortly.
Rent is £300 per month for each half (which woiuld suit a single person or coiuple (with no children) but if a family wanted the whole cottage for £600 that might be possible.
Each half is the lowest council tax band and tenants are responsible for that and for utility bills.
There is no garden but a small sitting out area with a sea view. Street parking, Both have electric heating, one half has an open fire and the other a wood burning stove.
