HOUSING MAINTENANCE OFFICER REQUIRED FOR  NORTH OF SCOTLAND


A vacancy has arisen for a Housing Maintenance Officer to based out of their office in Alness but covering the surrounding areas.  This is an ongoing contract post.


The purpose of the role will be to inspect properties in and around the area.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:


- Repair and maintenance inspections
- Tenant recharges
- Raising works orders

The successful candidate should be out-going and be able to communicate well with others and would be suited to someone from a trade background.

Hourly rate for this post is £12-14
