Senior Sous Chef
Muckrach Lodge is a stylish 4 Star twelve bedroom hotel just outside Dulnain Bridge. We pride ourselves on our levels of personal, polite and informal service, and we are looking for a SENIOR SOUS CHEF to join our small and dedicated team.
The kitchen is led by Chef co-owner Rebecca Ferrand, who consistently delivers beautifully cooked, and well presented dishes using the freshest produce from small independent suppliers. Fruit and vegetables come from our own kitchen garden, live shellflish from Scrabster and meat and poultry from neighbouring farms.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the highest levels of attention to detail. They will be passionate about food and will seek and deliver perfection in the standard of all food provision in our 30 cover, fine dining restaurant They will be able to lead by example the hardworking kitchen brigade, and successfully run the administration of the kitchen
This is a full time position. Accommodation may be available at a charge. Uniform allowance, full share of service charge and meals on duty form a part of the package. Salary between £16,500 and £18,000 depending on experience. 22 days paid holiday and a five day week.
