F&B Manager to take care of all F&B issues and some duty manager shifts for succesfull hotel in the Spey Side area.
The hotel is 26 bedroom, 4 star Scottish Tourist Board with an award winning resturant.(100 covers lunch and dinner)
We also have one of the best whisky bars in the world with over 700 and a steady all year round trade.
We have developed the wedding side of the buisness to an all time high, so the correct person must have knoledge of C&B.
The correct person must be a hands on operater, and lead the team from the front.
You must be able to bring new and fresh ideas to the table, and have an understanding of stock ordering.
A challenging role it is but has fantastic development prospects.
