i found a flat with 2 double bedrooms available for rent
has lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower

i would like to rent one of the rooms but the agency said i need to find another person to rent with before they will rent the flat out
rent is £540 a month which works out as £270 each
any bills will be shared between us
