We are looking to recruit two new staff to join our multi national team to work in 3*/2 rosette hotel on the shores of Loch Earn, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Full time until at least the end of October, possibly longer with a view to returning in 2010 after the winter break.

MUST speak fluent English and have EXPERIENCE in food/wine/alcohol service You should be able to work on own initiative, take responsibility for your work and also as part of a team. Training in our methods will be given but experience is ESSENTIAL.

Live in accommodation provided and also all meals on and off duty. Please send your cv for consideration.
