Here we have my old and trusty (or should i say rusty?) Almera for sale. This car has NEVER broken down on me and just wants to keep on going for ever However, i have recently had a new addition to the family and i am looking for an estate instead for all the kids and shopping and what not. I also now have a caravan and don't want to force the wee 1.4 engine to tow that aswell as the rest of us. She would make an ideal first car, and she is very economical to run and insure.

Here is a wee rundown of the good and bad points -

Good points -

Tax is dirt cheap
Insurance is cheap
ready to drive away, taxed and tested
MOTd until Feb next year!
recently had new tyres at the front and a new exhaust
VERY economical
good history with receipts
has the sporty spoilers

Not so good points -

The central locking only works when locked from the passenger door
The rear wiper has ceased
the A/C fans only work on level 4
For the front screanwash, you have to use the button for the rear????? (i dunno?)
She has a few stone chips on the bonnet, a few rust spots (still solid though) and some supermarket dings n scratches. (10 yrs old!)
Has a rubber part missing on the front offside wheel bearing (or something in that area?), and periodically makes a knocking sound round corners (until it fills up with road muck!) It has been checked at the local garage though and is totaly safe.

All in all, she is an ageing lady, but has never let me down and i will be sad to see her go, but hopefully someone will get a good few years out of her yet for a very cheap price.
