2nd & 3RD Line Support Engineer - XP. 2nd & 3RD Line Support Engineer

Role:-

You will be responsible for providing a support service that meets the needs of the business, within a regulated industry.

Configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware, e.g. PCs, Laptops, Printers, PDA's, Modems, PKI tokens, configuration, installation and maintenance of software, e.g. Windows XP operating systems, Microsoft applications.

Standard off the shelf packages. Bespoke software, Day-to-day user support, including phone and site visit support.

Communication systems support. Phone system, Voicemail system, Desktop faxing, Video conferencing. Infrastructure support.

Providing 1st, 2ND and 3rd line support to the Infrastructure team. Backup operator. System health checks.

Other responsibilities. Maintaining records. Producing SOPs, WIs and other documentation where required


This is temporary full time post for approximatley 12 months.
