The Crosstrainer is less than 3 yrs old and has had little use so is in excellent condition. The console has 6 preset workout programs and 2 heartrate programs. Heartrate can also be measured using the handgrip pulse sensor.
Alternatively you can manually set your own resistance level and create your own individual program. The console monitors how many calories and fat calories you burn during your workout, and shows speed and distance in miles and km.
The console also features iFIT.com interactive technology. This means you can connect the elliptical crosstrainer to your stereo and play special iFIT.com cd programs or connect to your computer and access programs via the website as if using a personal trainer.
This is an excellent all round excercise equipment for amateur and the more keen keep fit enthusiasts.
The trainer comes with all the manuals and tools, it has been taken apart so will fit into a car for transport no problem,very easy to put back together, this trainer is not a cheap one it cost over £500 when new.
