The hotel is situated in the beautiful town of Nairn situated just outside Inverness. 56 bedrooms, rosette restaurant and conference and banqueting for up to 300 people. Live-in is available.


General Assistant role would include working in restaurant, bar and functions. Rosette experience would be a bonus, however full training will be given. Good spoken English is a prerequisite.
