We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a team of 4 in a Tavern situated approximately 16 miles from Inverness.

You would be working 5.5 days per week with a minimum of 40 hours per week producing Modern Scottish cuisine with all fresh produce, doing approximatley 100 covers per day, holidays would be the statutary 28 days.

Pay would be £17,000-£18,000 depending upon experience.

This would be a live out position.

This is a rural location.

You would be working in a well designed kitchen and there is scope for someone to be creative.

On top of your wages there would also be good tips.
