A fantastic location for a family or golfing holiday or the perfect base to explore The Kingdom of Fife. Great beach access and a short walk from St Andrews town centre.

The sites facilities include a shop, children's play area, bar and restaurant with live entertainment, games room and laundry facilities. There is a public indoor swimming pool adjacent to the site next to the East Sands Beach.

The Caravan is a six berth with one double, one twin room and a double bed in the lounge. The beds in the twin room are smaller than normal, perfect for children or smaller adults. We would recommend that the caravan is ideally suited for a family of 4 or 5.

The caravan is comfortable with TV, DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, iron, vacuum etc.

Duvets and pillows are provided though you will have to provide your own linen (i.e. sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers) and towels including tea towels.

This is a no smoking caravan and no pets are allowed.

We ask that you leave the caravan in the condition that you find it as others may be arriving shortly after you leave.
