hi we are an english couple currently working in cumbria and are looking for a hotel job asap as the job we are in at the moment is only seasonal. my fiance is currently working as a chef and has his NVQ 2. i am working as a general assistant. however we both have all round experience in the hotel industry as we have have been working in this trade for over 5 years. we both dont dont mind which department we are placed in, as long as we are guaranteed good hours and good pay. we are able to start after a week of giving our notice in.
