Construction & Property Recruitment urgently requires a temporary Quantity Surveyor to work in Elgin, Morayshire for a Local Authority for at least 3-4 months due to an increase in work load.

The Quantity Surveyor's main responsibility is to keep financial control of all developments and issue accurate reports as required. To work closely with other members of the development teams to ensure that profit is maximised wherever possible.

The company are looking for an esstablished contract worker with a proven track record in quantity surveyor, ideally from the surrounding area. Candidates would be suitably qualified in quantity surveying with at least 5 years experience working for a building contractor.
