A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at this superb 4* Hotel in Nairn.

We are looking for someone who will be able to assist the Head in the smooth running of the kitchen. You must have previous experience in busy Hotel kitchens or restaurants,

Brigade of 5 chefs.

Covers range from 20 for Lunch up to 60-100 for dinner service. Hotel also caters for weddings up to 250.

Live in can be included for a small charge.

Salary: £18-20, 000k - negotiable
