Manager Manager Designate
Key focus will be to:
- Generate and grow a profitable income from the Inverness office
- Manage and develop a team of specialist recruiters
- Take responsibility for developing a personal desk within either Accountancy & Finance or Office Support specialisms
- Develop a profile of Hays as the number one specialist recruitment business across the client base in the Highlands
Key skills required:
- Proven fee earner in a specialist recruitment market, you may be a senior consultant or manager currently
- Either a track record of people management or the ambition to develop into a manager
- Ability and experience of successful promotion of Hays brands within a specific geographical area
- Experience recruiting for a cross section of businesses, including private and public services
- Any experience of "multi-specialism" teams would be an advantage
