CHEF DE PARTIE POSITION IN A WORLD RENOWNED HOTEL!

Our client is a well known multinational hotel in the Highlands of Scotland. They are synonymous with quality accommodation and food.

They are looking for a Permanent Chef de Partie who will be an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets

You will be required to:

Ensure that all food production is in line with food standards.
Ensure the consistent delivery of quality, well presented food to our customers.
Work effectively within the Kitchen Brigade to ensure high customer service standards.

Follow all health and hygiene standards.

The successful candidate must have:

Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role.

Excellent communication skills.

Perfect hygiene standards.

Right to work in the UK & Ireland.

This position offers live-in.

The salary offered is £14000
