Busy 3 - Star hotel on the Isle of Arran, just 2 hours from Glasgow, seeks a CHEF DE PARTIE/COMMIS CHEF until the 31st October '09.

Approx 40 hours per week with 2 days off. Applicants must have experience, cope well under pressure and work well as part of a team. Must possess Food & Hygiene Certificate.
