Work and save in a stunning location in the romantic Scottish Highlands. Situated in Arisaig, only 30 miles from Fort William, we are a small family run hotel with Cocktail Lounge and Lively Public Bar. We are now looking for a motivated and highly organized Chef/Cook to join our friendly kitchen team. Candidates must have strong cooking skills and be able to produce interesting yet uncomplicated dishes for our 30 Cover Restaurant and Bar. Candidates must also have a high standard of personal hygiene and genuinely enjoy cooking. In return, we offer live-in accommodation with TV + DVD, all meals on and off duty, free use of internet facilities & a very competitive wage. This position is available for an immediate start and we are looking for a commitment of 3mnths or more.
