I am seeking a live-in position as a Waitress/General Assistant, preferably in a family run hotel in Scotland. I have extensive experience in all areas of hotel work and although Front of House would be my preference, I am willing and able to work in any department as and when required to do so.

I have an outgoing, friendly and helpful nature, am articulate, take a pride in my work and appearance and my approach to work is professional at all times, funtioning well in a team or on my own initiative.

I would be available for an immediate start and would accept a temporary position for the remainder of the season or a permanent one at the right place. Location is not as important to me as the working environment. Accommodation of a reasonable standard is also important to me.
