Terraced cottage with lots of character, almost next to the sea, in fishing village on Black Isle to rent - would suit either single female or couple. Easy commuting distance to Inverness and Dingwall.

Cottage comprises One double bedroom, good sized sitting room, small bathroom (no shower) and small and rather unusual kitchen. (Cottage is a Listed building partly based on kitchen which was built by a fisherman in the 1800s!) If you are seeking a flashy modern kitchen this is not for you but if you would like one that is perfectly functional but a little different you are unlikely to find another like this?!)

The cottage is furnished so if you have a lot of furniture it may not suit. An almost new washing machine is provided.

Heating is electric and open fire. Street parking, No garden but small area to sit outside at the back with sea view. There is a shop within walking distance and a bus service into Inverness.

Tenant is responsible for utility bills and council tax but being a small terraced cottage is more economical than many older properties. Council tax is low banding .

Ideally I should like someone who would like to rent for longer than 6 months and preference to someone who would look after my cottage. No objections to well behaved pets - although no garden the beach is just across the road for dog walking! References and deposit required.

Rent is £300 per month
