- Excellent F&B experience who enjoys hands on
- Good all rounder looking to forward career
- Excellent experience of weddings and banqueting
- pro-active member of the team
- capable of deputising for general manager
- interested in learning all financial aspects of hotel

Salary offered is in region of £16000 per annum and live in charge of £30.00 per week for a double en-suite room.
