Successful candidates will be responsible for providing a support service that meets the needs of the business, within a regulated industry. Configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware, eg PCs, Laptops, Printers, PDAs, Modems, PKI tokens, configuration, installation and maintenance of software, eg: Windows XP operating systems, Microsoft Applications. Standard of the shelf packages, bespoke software, Day-to- Day user support, including phone and site visit support. Phone system, Voicemail, Desktop faxing, Video conferencing. Infrastructure support, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to the infrastructure team. Back up operator and System health checks. Responsibilities will include maintaining records, producing SOPs, WIs and other documentation when required. Server Networks knowledge is essential and be based locally to Inverness.
