Required for busy 3 star hotel bar and restaurant.
Dornoch Castle is located in the centre of Dornoch, close to beach and golf course.
You must be diligent, hard working and of smart appearance; be prepared for team work with the other 9 front of house staff, and used to dealing with a high end client base. Excelent training given, 5 days a week job.
Well above average wages paid. Accommodation may be available. The position is available until at least December, possibly longer.
We may have a vacancy for a partner as either a night porter or receptionist.
